Marylebone Summer Festival 15th - 16th June

  • Sat, June 15, 2019
  • Sun, June 16, 2019
  • Marylebone High Street

The Marylebone Summer Festival, organised and funded by The Howard de Walden Estate, takes place over the weekend of 15th - 16th June 2019. It is a local community and charity event consisting of the Marylebone Summer Film Night (Saturday) and the Sunday Street Party (Sunday) in support of chosen charity, Greenhouse Sports.

This year’s festival kick starts with the Marylebone Summer Film Night on Saturday 15th June in the atmospheric surroundings of Paddington Street Gardens. Organised by the Estate in collaboration with Luna Cinema and local occupier Working Title, this year’s film is the British classic, 'Billy Elliot'. On the night, there will be street food, a festival bar and live jazz music from 3pm onwards.

The Sunday Street Party takes place all day on Sunday 16th June across the streets and gardens of Marylebone Village. The party provides everything you would expect from a traditional village fete – food, drink, music, children’s activities, craft stalls, a farmers’ market, tombola and lashings of community spirit. Located in the heart of central London it has a number of advantages over its more parochial cousins – a music stage featuring some of the most exciting up-and-coming acts in the country, the participation of some of London’s finest restaurants and retailers, and an amazing diversity of activities.
