Howard de Walden Estate Ltd intend on submitting a planning application in relation to the following proposed development:
“Demolition behind retained front façade of 47-57 Marylebone Lane and full demolition of 20-27 Thayer Street to create Class A1 retail use at part lower ground and ground floor level of the building and Class B1 office use from part ground to fourth floor level of the building in connection with the installation of a substation at lower ground floor level and plant at roof level.”
Prior to submitting this application to Westminster City Council, the Howard de Walden Estate would like to invite businesses to a consultation meeting at the Howard de Walden Estate offices on Thursday 1st November between the times of 18:00-19:30 in the evening.
